This attached  file is from your tool example. it seem not be the function of  communicate to an Arduino via PC, just only run simulation program. how to do it, communicate to an Arduino via PC for this tool.

The attached VI can be downloaded to an Arduino to run embedded and Standalone (not a simulation).  If you are looking to communicate to an Arduino via a PC, refer to the example titled Serial>Serial-Monitoring GUI.  Or maybe you are referring to the LIFA toolkit?  That is a different product not supported by us which deals with only interfacing to Arduinos over a serial port (not deploying LabVIEW code to Arduino targets).
