Hi John;
Thanks for exploring the compiler.
Answering your questions:
1) We are still exploring the best way to integrate existing Arduino libraries in. Since the libraries are created by the community, they don't necessarily follow a standard; which makes it extra challenging to wrap them around the compiler in a way we guarantee they would work. We figured to make the compiler available sooner than later and continue to work on other features that we know would have added considerable delays to the release. Therefore, the first release doesn't support that
2) No. We have decided not to make the .ino file available to the developer
Thanks again for exploring and keep the questions coming.
Filipe

Hi John;
Yes, unfortunately my answer would be the same for when we would make the CAN ports available. However, I do encourage you to let us know what features you are not seeing implemented that interest you. Like I mentioned, we are indeed seriously collecting feedback from the community, and are compiling a list of requested features. That list and the number of request for each item will guide us in prioritizing what will be released first as we continue to improve the compiler.

As Filipe said, we would like to know what libraries you would like to see. We are planning to add support for other libraries in the future and CAN, SPI, and I2C are all on the list. Currently there is support for I2C LCDs and RGB LEDs. We are considering others so let us know what other libraries may be of interest.
