MCU pin to LabVIEW pin

I use a Atmel Mega 32U4 with the Arduino bootloader and selfmade hardware.
Is there a Pin/Port overview for the complete MCU, because the pin values in labview are totaly mixt up.
Some examples:
MCU pin BD0 is in LabView pin 3
MCU pin PE6 is in LabView pin 7
MCU pin PB6 is in LabView pin 10
I couldn't find any relations or a system for the MCU pinout to LabVIEW pins.

This is completely defined by the Arduino libraries, in the variants header file pins_arduino.h. The documentation can also be found online here for the Mega 32U4:

It seems to correlate with your observations.
