Seeeduino XIAO test program compiles/runs on Win 10 PC but fails on Win 11
Note: the basic 'blink pin 13' program loads and runs on both machines

Both machines running LabVIEW Community 2020 and Arduino 1.8.19
The Win 10 Device Manager Shows the device as Seeeduino XIAO
The Win 11 Device Manager Shows the device as USB Serial Device

I've re-installed the Arduino IDE and the board manager
I've also tried un/reinstalling the device driver but it wouldn't update

So... What else should I try? I'm at a loss.

[Side Note: This is a different Win 10 machine than the one with the broken compiler in my previous post]
