The Arduino IDE does not include default support for the Arduino (SAM) boards anymore, and it must be downloaded separately. Open the Arduino IDE and access the Board Manager under the Tools>Board menu. Then select the “Arduino SAM Boards” item and click install. This will add the Due support libraries. Then close the Arduino IDE and re-open the Arduino Compatible Compiler for LabVIEW and the Due should now appear in the Boards menu. Make sure to use the Arduino Due (Programming Port) board item.
