I purchased a license through the NI Tools Network but only received a serial number. How do I activate my product?

When purchasing directly through National Instruments, the license ID and password required to activate are not issued immediately.  It may take 2-3 business days to receive an email with the activation key and instructions.  It is important to confirm that you have access to the email address used when placing the order as the keys will be sent to that email address when the order is processed.  When purchasing a license through aledyne.com, the activation key is issued automatically and immediately after purchase.  Therefore, this is the recommended mode of purchase.  If you purchased through ni.com and have not received your activation key, you can email the Tools Network directly at toolsnetwork@ni.com to find out the status of your order.
